Police appealing for assistance to find teen missing from Melbourne’s south-east

Police are reaching out to the public for help in locating a teenager from Melbourne’s south-east who suffers from a medical condition and has been missing since Friday February 26.
Marc Moon, 15, was last seen in Maureen Crescent, Noble Park sometime on Friday morning.
He is known to frequent the Dandenong area but made contact with his family on Saturday to tell them he was in Prahran.
Marc was last seen wearing blue pants, a blue t-shirt and a white cap.
Police have released the above image of Marc in the home someone recongises him and can provide information regarding his whereabouts.
