Police are appealing for information after a toddler died in NSW late last year.
Emergency services were called to a home in West Tamworth in northern NSW on November 28 last year, following reports of a 21-month-old boy being found unconscious.
A neighbour had been giving the boy Baylen Pendergast CPR when paramedics arrived, police say.

He was then airlifted to Randwick Children's Hospital for treatment.
But two days later Baylen's life support was switched off and he died.
Police investigating his death are now appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information about what happened to him to contact Tamworth Detectives on 6768 2999 or via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
