PM Morrison set to deliver major speech

Prime Minister Scott Morrison will kick off the parliamentary year with a speech to the National Press Club in Canberra.
The speech on Monday comes after the banking royal commission report being released and has been scheduled a day ahead of parliament resuming for the year.
A federal election must be held by mid-May.
