One dead after plane crashes in NSW Hunter region

A person has died after a plane crashed outside Maitland in the NSW Hunter region.
Emergency services have rushed to a property off Old Maitland Road at Bishops Bridge, just outside Maitland.
There are reports the light plane burst into flames after crashing.
