Peter Hofman murder: Sydney brother not guilty of retiree's death
One of two Sydney brothers accused of attacking a retiree who was dragged from his car before being bashed and fatally stabbed has been found not guilty of murder.
The NSW Supreme Court jury today also found Jacksun Travers, 20, not guilty of the alternative charge of manslaughter of Peter Hofmann on June 21, 2017 at Maroubra.

The jurors will resume their deliberations tomorrow in relation to his brother Ray Travers, 22.
The siblings both denied murdering the 68-year-old retired bus driver who had fallen into financial hardship and was sleeping rough in his car for months before he was killed.
Justice Peter Hidden has directed the jury he will take a majority verdict in the case of the older brother.
