Perth teen allegedly sexually assaulted girl days after trying to assault a woman
A teenager is alleged to have sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl by a Perth train station just two days after he allegedly tried to sexually assault a 63-year-old woman in an underpass.
The 17-year-old from Port Kennedy was chased down by a police dog and officers yesterday afternoon after he allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl near the Rockingham Train Station in Cooloongup.
Police allege the boy sexually assaulted the girl about 2.15pm.

She then raised the alarm, leading to police immediately launching a man hunt for him, according to WA Police Commissioner Chris Dawson.
The teen was then caught less than an hour after the alleged assault.
Police believe the boy also attempted to sexually assault and rob a 63-year-old woman as she walked through an underpass in Rockingham on March 27.
He has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual penetration without consent, one count of attempted aggravated sexual penetration without consent and one count of aggravated robbery.
The boy is due to front the Perth Children's Court today.
Comissioner Dawson this morning told 6PR that police would "be strongly objecting" to the teenager being granted bail.
