Perth hit by hailstorm as wet weather continues through spring

Hail on the freeway.
Parts of Perth have been left looking like a snowfield following a cold spring storm.
Homes across the city took to social media to share photos of their properties after the storm this morning.

It also covered parts of the freeway heading south just before the Karrinyup Road exit.
Today was the coldest September day on record.
The weather on the weekend is expected to clear up with a top of 22 degrees on Saturday and a sunny 25 degrees on Sunday.
