Ex-soldier pleads guilty to sniper execution of former Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin at Perth motorsports event
The man accused of the sniper shooting murder of former Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin in Perth has pleaded guilty.
The man is an ex-soldier but his identity can't be revealed for legal reasons.
Mr Martin, who was 51 at the time of his death, was gunned down from long-range at a family-oriented motorsports event at the Kwinana Motorplex in December 2020.

Mr Martin died at the scene, while two other people were also injured. 9News
The bullet went through Mr Martin's chest, also injuring his son-in-law and a five-year-old boy nearby.
A charge relating to the five-year-old boy being injured during the shooting was dropped.
In March, detectives arrested and charged the former soldier with Mr Martin's murder.
The man, who appeared via video link from prison today, will be sentenced in December.
In a statement to 9News, Mr Martin's daughter Tia said the family "still won't be satisfied until all the people involved have been brought to justice".
"We are deeply saddened with the loss of our Nick and miss him everyday," she said.
"We hope that this small step in justice can bring him a little more peace and rest a little easier".
