Pedestrian seriously injured in Surfers Paradise crash

A man is in hospital with serious injuries after he was hit by a car in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast last night.

Police were called to reports of the crash on Ferny Avenue shortly after 11pm, and found the injured man, aged in his 20s.

The driver of the vehicle was not injured in the crash.
