Pedestrian killed after being struck by motorbike in Melbourne
A man has died in hospital after being struck by a motorcycle in Melbourne overnight.
A 19-year-old motorbike rider was travelling along Brighton Road, Elwood, just after 11pm when his bike collided with a pedestrian.
The 32-year-old pedestrian was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The pedestrian was hit by the motobike in Elwood. 9News
He died at the hospital.
The rider also suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
An investigation into the circumstances of the accident is underway.
