Eleven children injured after Sydney near miss bus accident

Young children were thrown from their seats on a school bus in Sydney this afternoon after a car suddenly pulled out in front it.
The bendy bus was carrying 68 children travelling from Parramatta to Coogee when the driver was forced to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision on Cleveland Street in Moore Park.
Eleven children were treated for minor injuries while many of the children were also treated for shock.

Six children, aged between five and eight, remain at Sydney Children’s Hospital this evening for minor injuries and observation.
