Packer, Gyngell slapped with notices

James Packer and David Gyngell have both been slapped with criminal infringement notices for offensive behaviour for their fist fight last weekend.

The penalty notice carries a fine of $500 if it goes uncontested by the recipient.

A spokesman for Nine Entertainment Co, which Mr Gyngell is the CEO of, said he was "pleased the process is now resolved."
