VOTE NOW: Who do you want to win at the 2015 Oscars?

Dark comedy Birdman and stylish crime caper The Grand Budapest Hotel have topped the Oscars nominations list with nine nods each.

In second place was World War II code-breaking thriller The Imitation Game, with eight nominations, followed by American Sniper and Boyhood with six each.

Clint Eastwood's recent war film American Sniper also received a Best Picture nod, while star Bradley Cooper got his second Best Actor nomination.

Michael Keaton, who has been applauded for his role as a faded actor in Birdman, received an expected Oscar nomination for Best Actor.

Among the Best Actress nominations are Julianne Moore and Reese Witherspoon.
