Dozens of Hollywood A-listers have been caught up in a nude photo scandal after their phones were reportedly hacked via Apple's iCloud software.

Nude photos of Jennifer Lawrence and others have been leaked as part of what appears to be a massive celebrity hacking campaign.

Buzzfeed reported the leak first appeared on image-based site 4chan, posted by an anonymous hacker who claims to have over 60 nude selfies of Lawrence.

Australian actresses Yvonne Strahovski and Teresa Palmer are also reportedly among those targeted.

A handful of intimate photos appear to show Palmer with her ex-boyfriend Scott Speedman, including a couple of the actress lounging topless in a pool along with fully nude images.

Palmer has yet to comment on the leak.

The pictures are believed to have been accessed via an iCloud leak that allowed celebrities’ phones to be hacked, Buzzfeed reports.

A master list purporting to be of all the celebrities who were hacked has also surfaced online.

A spokesperson for Lawrence has reportedly released a statement confirming the photos.

”This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence,” it said.

The hacker claims to have hacked dozens of celebrity accounts, including those of A-list stars Ariana Grande, Kate Upton, Kirsten Dunst, Teresa Palmer, Kim Kardashian, Hilary Duff, Gabi Greko and Victoria Justice.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead, another actress exposed, immediately denounced the photos on Twitter.

“To those of you looking at photos I took with my husband years ago in the privacy of our home, hope you feel great about yourselves,” she tweeted, adding “Knowing those photos were deleted long ago, I can only imagine the creepy effort that went into this. Feeling for everyone who got hacked.”

Justice said the photos of her aren't real.

"These so called nudes of me are FAKE people. Let me nip this in the bud right now. *pun intended*," she tweeted.

Upton's spokesperson told HuffPost that they are looking into the allegations.

Earlier this week, a post started on image-based site 4chan claimed a large cache of celebrity nude photos in possession of a hacker would be leaked today, Gawker reports.

Celebrities have often been targets of phone hackers, with Christina Hendricks, Olivia Munn and Blake Lively recent victims.
