NT teen charged with robbery, assault

A teenage boy has been charged over an assault and robbery in an Alice Springs shopping centre.
The 16-year-old allegedly attacked a staff member in the Todd Mall restaurant last week.
He was arrested in Santa Teresa, a remote Aboriginal community about 80km southeast of Alice Springs, on Monday morning.

He was refused bail to appear in the Alice Springs Youth Justice Court on Tuesday charged with aggravated robbery.
