NT cop to front court over assault

A Northern Territory police officer will face court over an alleged aggravated assault.
The 46-year-old man has been issued with a Notice to Appear in the Darwin Court of Summary Jurisdiction next month.
NT Police will not comment further on the matter while it is before the courts.
