AAP
The three major parties have missed out on the top spots for the Northern Territory's Senate ballot paper.
In the ballot draw at the Australian Electoral Commission's office on Friday, The Rise Up Australia Party led the ballot, followed by the Hemp Party and the Citizens Electoral Council.
The Green followed in fourth spot, followed by the Country Liberals, then Labor, with Fred Nile's Christian Democratic Party drawing the seventh and final spot.
