A woman will face court for numerous fraud offences after she tried to withdraw money from a bank in Sydney's east.

Police were called to a bank in Potts Point on Thursday morning after the 31-year-old woman from Lithuania tried to withdraw money from an account.

When searched, nine separate credit cards were found on her, along with cash, sim cards, and a number of banking transfer receipts.

She has been charged with six counts of obtain financial advantage by deception.

She was refused bail to appear in Central Local Court on Friday.
