NSW woman on murder charge after stabbing

A woman has been charged with murder after a man was found stabbed to death in the bedroom of a unit in Sydney's west.

Police found the 26-year-old man's body in a Hebersham unit on Sunday night.

A 23-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man were arrested at Central railway station on Monday morning.

The man was charged with murder the same day and faced Central Local Court, where he did not apply for bail and it was formally refused until his next court appearance in October.

The woman will also face a murder charge when she fronts the same court on Tuesday.
