A jury has been discharged at the trial of a window cleaner who was accused of molesting a girl as he worked at her family's house on Sydney's North Shore.

The NSW District Court jurors were discharged on Wednesday for legal reasons and the case was relisted for May 15.

Gregory John Vagg, 58, pleaded not guilty to two charges involving alleged digital penetration of a seven-year-old girl in 2010.
