* $590 million for big-ticket transport, road, school, hospital and culture projects
* $84 million to continue planning and developing the second Sydney harbour rail crossing

* $4 million for an early intervention program to tackle the threat of foreign fighters and lone wolf terrorists
* $149 over four years to fight domestic violence and support victims
* $180 million to reduce traffic congestion and clear road bottle-necks
* $182 million for specialist homelessness services
