A Sydney man will appear in court next month has been charged with driving with a blood alcohol level nearly seven times over the limit.
The 39-year-old man allegedly denied he was the driver of the damaged BMW stopped in the middle of a Woolloomooloo street and refused a roadside breath test.
But he was arrested after police interviewed witnesses and checked CCTV footage and he returned a reading of 0.342.
