Two Colombian nationals will face court charged with supplying commercial quantities of cocaine after police busted an alleged deal in Sydney's southwest.

A strike force had been set up last year by police to investigate the supply of cocaine by several Colombians.

Two men were nabbed on Monday afternoon during an alleged drug deal in Campsie, where police said more than half a kilogram of cocaine was found at the scene.

Search warrants were issued in Rockdale and Canterbury where police seized an additional 250g of cocaine and more than $100,000 cash.

The pair, aged 38 and 54, have both been charged with the large commercial supply of cocaine.

All up, police said the strike force seized nearly two kilograms of cocaine, which has an estimated potential street value of more than $2 million.

The pair were refused bail and are due to face Burwood Local Court on Tuesday.
