Two arrested after man wounded in Sydney

Two people have been arrested after a man was discovered in Sydney's inner-west with a wound to his abdomen.

Officers found the wounded 33-year-old after swooping on a Croydon Park unit Saturday night following reports of an assault.

He was treated at the scene and taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a stable condition.

A 39-year-old man and 36-year-old woman were arrested nearby and are assisting police with their inquiries.
