Truck ploughs into Sydney home

A truck has ploughed into house in Sydney's southwest, injuring the driver.
Police said the vehicle was driven into the front of the unoccupied house on Saurine Street in Bankstown at 11.30am on Thursday, causing possible structural damage to the property.
The 55-year-old behind the wheel was treated at the scene for head and neck injuries before being taken to Liverpool Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
