Three kids hurt in Sydney kitchen blast

Three young children have been taken to hospital suffering burns from a kitchen blast in Sydney's inner-west.

Emergency services were called to the home in Glebe just before midday on Thursday, where they attended to three children aged between three and four.

The children suffered superficial burns and have been taken to Sydney Children's Hospital, with one in a serious condition.

Fire investigators are on the scene.
