Third person charged over NSW murder

A third person has been charged following the murder of a man whose body was found by the side of a road on the NSW Central Coast.

A motorist found the body of the 41-year-old man near Wisemans Ferry Road at Greengrove, about 40km west of Gosford , on October 21.

Following police inquiries a 35-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman were charged with the man's murder and were refused bail to appear before Penrith Local Court on January 16 next year.

Following further investigation, police arrested a 42-year-old man at a home in Kilaben Bay on Thursday and charged him with being an accessory after the fact to murder.

The man was granted conditional to appear before Toronto Local Court on November 19.
