A teenage girl has been taken to hospital after plunging seven metres from a cliff at a popular Sydney beach into shallow water.
The girl, believed to be aged in her mid teens, was treated by paramedics for lower back pain after falling from the Coogee cliff at around 11.20am on Wednesday.
She has been taken to St Vincents Hospital in a stable condition for tests to reveal any possible spinal injuries, a NSW Ambulance spokeswoman said.
