Sydney man faces sex assault charges

A 43-year-old man has been charged over a string of sexual assaults which occurred in southern Sydney in the 2000s.
The man was arrested on Wednesday in Cronulla and faces several charges, including five counts of aggravated sexual assault of a victim under 16.
He was refused bail to appear at Sutherland Local Court on Thursday.
