Sydney man critical after duplex fire

A man is fighting for his life in hospital after he suffered serious burns in an apartment fire in Sydney's west.
The blaze, which broke out at a Lidcombe duplex on Thursday afternoon, has damaged the top floor of the building, Fire and Rescue NSW says.
A 39-year-old man who was injured in the blaze remains in a critical condition at Concord Hospital.
