Sydney man charged after clocking '80km/h in school zone'

A man has been charged after allegedly driving more than twice the speed limit in Sydney's west.
An alleged drink-driver has been caught doing twice the speed limit in a school zone in Sydney's west.
Police say the 49-year-old recorded a positive breath analysis of 0.066 after he was clocked doing 80km/h and pulled over by highway patrol officers in North Parramatta during peak hour on Thursday morning.

The man was issued a court attendance notice for the offences and is due to appear at Parramatta Local Court on January 18.
