Sydney man charged with upskirting at city shopping centre

A man is to face court accused of filming up women's skirts at a shopping centre in central Sydney.
Security officers on Tuesday stopped the man as he was about to leave the Ultimo mall after another shopper reported seeing him filming the woman with a mobile phone.
Police say they found a number of video files of the incidents when they checked the phone.

The 34-year-old Kellyville man has been charged with filming a person's private parts and granted conditional bail to appear in Balmain Local Court on November 19.
