Sydney housing supply keeps increasing

Sydney's property boom shows no sign of slowing with housing completions throughout the city remaining at record highs.
New Department of Planning and Environment data shows there were 37,575 new homes completed in greater Sydney in the year to April 2017, compared to 24,208 the year before.
The number of new homes completed in the year to April 2017 was 36 per cent higher than the latest four-year average, NSW Housing Minister Anthony Roberts said in a statement on Friday.
