Sydney clinics raided in green-slip probe

Three health businesses in western Sydney have been raided by police as part of an ongoing investigation into car insurance fraud rings.
Detectives seized documents and computers from the businesses, believed to by physiotherapy clinics, in Auburn and Bankstown on Tuesday morning after two men, aged 31 and 35, last week became the latest to be arrested during the probe, police said.
The pair was charged with fraud over two crashes in May 2015, from which it's alleged a total of more than $1.7 million in fraudulent claims were made.

The police strike force conducting the stings has so far arrested five people on 69 charges relating to a combined fraud of $6.2 million.
