Sydney bikie tried to run down man

A Mongols bikie has been charged after allegedly trying to run down a man with his car in Sydney's west.
Police say the 54-year-old drove his vehicle toward a younger man and pinned him against a gate in Blacktown.
The man freed himself but was chased down by the gang member and assaulted. He suffered minor injuries.

The man was charged with a number of offences, including affray and driving furiously in a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
He was granted conditional bail and is due before Blacktown Local Court on October 7.
