Sydney man dies after crashing into fence following medical episode

A man has died after he apparently suffered a medical episode while driving, causing him to crash his car in Sydney's west.
Police say the man, believed to be aged in his 30s, was driving in Yennora on Friday night when he suffered the episode and crashed into a fence.
He was taken to Westmead Hospital where he later died.

No one else was injured during the crash.
