Strict conditions imposed on Xie

SOME OF THE 17 CONDITIONS IMPOSED ON ROBERT XIE:

* Must wear electronic monitoring device

* House (worth $1.5 million) put up as surety plus $100,000 cash bond provided by sister

* Can only leave home for medical and legal appointments and must provide 24 hours written notice.

* No contact with witnesses, other than wife Kathy Lin, except through legal team
