Smoke on Sydney train leads to evacuations

About 900 people have been evacuated from a train at a station in Sydney's west after smoke was detected.
Firefighters were called to Lidcombe station shortly after 3pm after passengers reported the smell of smoke.
No sign of a fire was found but firefighters are investigating.
