Six charged over Sydney drug syndicate

Six people have been charged after police seized drugs and cash at a south Sydney hotel.
The four men and two women were arrested at a Brighton Le Sands hotel on Tuesday by officers investigating the large-scale supply of illegal drugs in the Surry Hills area.
Police seized more than 2kg of methylamphetamine, 4.5kg of cannabis, cash and four vehicles from the premises.

Homes in Turrella and Bonnyrigg were also searched.
All six were charged with drug supply offences and refused bail to appear in Parramatta Local Court later on Wednesday.
