Shots fired into northwest Sydney house

Shots have been fired into a house in northwest Sydney.

One person was in the single-level brick house when the shooting occurred on Caroline Chisholm Drive at Winston Hills about 3.45am on Tuesday. They were not injured.

Police are investigating whether a car that was reported alight on nearby Junction Rd about 10 minutes later is connected to the shots.
