Shopfront fired on in Sydney's west

A man who fired shots at a western Sydney shop remains at large.

Police say he was seen getting out of a car and firing at the shopfront on Guildford Road, Guildford, about 10pm on Tuesday.

No one was at the shop at the time.

The shop's owner found small bullet holes in the window later that night.

The scene is being examined by forensic officers.
