Search continues for southeast Qld woman

Police continue their search for a 39-year-old woman reported missing in southeast Queensland four days ago.

Leanne Edwards was seen leaving a residence on Robson Street in Kilcoy around 3.30pm on June 4.

She was last seen at about 7.30pm the same day walking along Kilcoy-Esk Road.

A land and air search was launched on Saturday morning involving PolAir, other specialist police resources and around 50 State Emergency Service volunteers, focusing on bushland and properties around Kilcoy, Esk and Somerset Dam.

Officers will resume the search on Tuesday morning.

Ms Edwards is described as caucasian in appearance, around 170cm tall with shoulder length brown hair. She was last seen wearing black pants, a khaki green jacket and carrying a small back pack.
