SA man admits to attack on youth

A man charged over the bashing of a boy in South Australia's Port Augusta has pleaded guilty to assault.
The 45-year-old appeared in the Port Augusta Magistrates Court on Tuesday where he was remanded on continuing bail for submissions next month.
He was charged, along with a 14-year-old boy, after a video circulated on social media late last year.

It showed the teen attacker being egged on by the older man as the victim was hit and kicked while on the ground.
At the time of his arrest, police said the man and the teenager knew the victim of the attack.
Media reports said the attackers were father and son.
