A Sydney store owner accused of murdering a mother and baby in a fire he allegedly lit has put off his bid for bail until April.
Adeel Khan is accused of murdering Bianka O'Brien, 31, her one-year-old boy Jude and their neighbour Chris Noble, 27, by deliberately lighting a fire, which caused a massive explosion at his Rozelle convenience store last September.
He was listed to make a bail application in the Supreme Court on Thursday but it was adjourned until April 16, with his barrister saying he needed more time.
