Reckless hoon halts traffic testing out Ferrari on major freeway

A reckless hoon stopped traffic and put other motorists at serious risk when he decided to put his luxury sports car through its paces on a busy Sydney freeway.

Dashcam video of the incident shows what appears to be a red Ferrari with the top down cutting into the shoulder lane ahead of the driver filming, and proceeding to light it up hard in the middle of the road.

Completely disregarding other cars on the road, the driver proceeds to peel off a series of donuts, generating large amounts of acrid smoke.

The smoke becomes thick enough to completely obscure the high-powered whip, adding another layer of danger to the situation.

The driver filming assumes the Ferrari has vanished down the freeway and begins to creep forward, only to have to brake again as the sports car emerges from the haze, driving against traffic.

The contemptuous revhead then rips another sharp turn in front of traffic before fanging off into the distance.
