Two Polish men have spent the night behind bars after facing a Sydney court over allegations they helped import more than a tonne of crystallised ecstasy into Australia.
Darius Zbroszczyk and Piotr Latusek will face Sydney courts later this week after bail was not applied for during their first appearance at Parramatta Local Court on Saturday.
The men, aged 28 and 29, have been charged with importing what police describe as the country's biggest drug haul this year, worth an estimated $145 million.
