AAP
A Sydney police officer allegedly stole more than $150 worth of booze from the force while on duty last year, a court has heard.
Senior Constable Michael Brian Willis, 37, was on duty at Penrith Police Station in the early hours of December 20 when he pinched 46 cans of Smirnoff vodka, Jim Beam bourbon and Canadian Club whisky, which belonged to NSW police, court documents allege.
He was investigated for misconduct and charged with two counts of larceny.
