Search underway for driver who fled the scene after crashing and rolling car in Sydney's south

A search is underway for a man in Sydney’s south after he crashed a car into three property fences and fled the scene early this morning.

The vehicle rolled and flipped onto its roof after crashing through the residential fences on King Georges Road, near Dudley Street, in Penshurst about 1am.

No residents were injured however when emergency services arrived on the scene, they could not find the driver or any passengers.

Police are investigating and are urging anyone who witnessed the crash to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
