Pedestrian critical after crash in NSW
AAP
A man is fighting for his life after he was thrown from a parked boat when it was hit by a car at Port Stephens.
Early investigations suggest the man, in his 50s, was ejected from the boat which was hooked to a trailer on the side of the Pacific Highway after a car crashed into it.
The man was rushed to hospital in a critical condition with head, torso and limb injuries while the 18-year-old male driver, who was uninjured, was also taken to hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
