Crash caused by oblivious driver changing lanes on Sydney motorway without looking

A driver who caused multiple crashes off the M4 motorway in western Sydney, has driven off oblivious to the chaos caused.

Dashcam video taken by a truck driver near Claremont Meadows on Friday afternoon shows a white car swerve into the right hand lane without looking.

A car is passing at the same time and has to take evasive action to avoid getting slammed from the side.

But the last minute swerve sends the driver out of control, skidding across three lanes of traffic and into the grass.

A van is also sent crashing off the M4.

But the driver who caused the chaos seems oblivious to the destruction behind them and keeps on driving.

No major injuries were reported after the accident.

NSW Police have been contacted by nine.com.au for comment.
